What I Treat

I have treated thousands of patients with spine pain and would love to help you get your life back, I do this through spinal decompression.

Spinal decompression is a type of non-surgical treatment that uses a specialized table to gently stretch the spine. This stretching can help to relieve pressure on the discs in the spine, which can be caused by a variety of conditions, including herniated discs, bulging discs, and spinal stenosis.

Spinal decompression therapy is thought to work by creating negative pressure in the discs, which can help to pull the herniated or bulging disc material back into the disc. This can relieve pressure on the nerves and surrounding tissues, which can help to reduce pain and improve function.

Spinal decompression therapy is typically performed on an outpatient basis, and most patients require 10-20 treatments to see results. The treatments are usually performed once or twice per week, and each treatment lasts for about 30 minutes.

Back Pain

Back pain can be caused by a variety of things, including injuries, muscle strain, and arthritis.

Neck Pain

Neck pain can be caused by a variety of things, including injuries, muscle strain, and arthritis.

Sciatica

Pain that radiates from the lower back down the back of the leg, caused by pressure on the sciatic nerve.

Spinal Stenosis

Spinal Stenosis is a condition in which the spinal canal narrows, putting pressure on the spinal cord and nerves.

Degenerative Disc

A condition in which the discs between the vertebrae in the spine break down and lose their cushioning.

Herniated Disc

A condition in which a disc between the vertebrae in the spine ruptures, pushing out the soft inner material.
